Obituary of Mildred Shamanore

Mildred B Shampanore 87 formerly of Warren NJ and Punta Gorda Fl, passed away peacefully on Friday July 10th in Burlington Ma. She was born in Newark NJ September 24, 1927. She was the daughter of the late Paul and Suska Otruba Bukovchan. Mildred had been a business School Teacher at Kinnelon High School, Kinnelon NJ. While at her job she advised the Senior Yearbook Finances and ran a bowling league. She graduated from Rider College in Business and received an MS is teaching from Montclair State College. Mildred also enjoyed extensive traveling, dancing, gardening and needle work. She was the wife of the late Harry J Shampanore who preceded her in death in 1988. She is survived by her daughter Martha S Marazi and husband James of Wilmington Massachusetts, grandchildren; Mark Marazi, Adam Marazi and his wife Jennifer, and Ryan J Marazi; and great grandchildren, Liam M Marazi and Sean J Marazi, and a sister Anna Hargroves Friends may call at the DeVoe Funeral Service on Friday July 17th from 10-10:30AM followed by a prayer service at 10:30AM .
