Obituary of Arlene F. Foss

Arlene F. Foss, age 90, of Nazareth, PA passed on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Alexandria Manor in Nazareth, PA. Arlene was born June 19, 1930 in Broadway, NJ. She is the daughter of the late William and the late Della Mae (Getchius) Mueller.

A longtime resident of Washington NJ, Arlene was a graduate of Washington High School. She worked for many years at Warren Controls and later in life worked as an aide at Warren Haven in Oxford, NJ. Arlene was also an active member at the Greenstone United Methodist Church in Washington for many years.

She is survived by her sister: Gertrude Fleming of Bethlehem, PA; daughter in law, Candy D. Foss of Bath, PA; nephew, Guy Fleming and wife Sue of Greenwich, NJ; niece, Barbara Jubrey and husband Terry of CT; nephew, Robert Mueller and wife Sandy; cousin, Shirley Coverts of Washington, NJ; nephews Joe, Jeff and Matt Mueller; nieces Patti and Michelle

Arlene was predeceased by her longtime companion, Thomas Davis; son Gary D. Foss; brothers Robert, William and Oscar Mueller; brother in law Markley Fleming

Relatives and friends may gather with the family on Friday October 30th from 10:00 am until the start of the service at 12:00 pm with Rev. Marissa van der Valk officiating. All services will be held at Knoll-DeVoe Funeral Home & Cremation Service 142 West Washington Avenue, Washington NJ 07882. Interment will follow all services at Montana Cemetery in Harmony.
