Ruth and I never got to go to Atlantic City. We sure did have fun talking about it.We got to know her through Tonya. I hope all of you find peace in the knowledge that she was well liked by everyone. Geo.& Judi Duckworth to the lady who kept us all in line and who never let anyone go hungry and treated me like her own son but most of all she taught me the real meaning of what a family is all about. im going to miss you mom, and i want you to know we are all pulling for dad. love Kenny Tribute from: Kathy Walker I'm sorry I didn't make your mothers funeral last month. I didn't know you could put a tribute on the internet (my internet knowledge is one of my strong points) It did sadden me to hear that she had past on. She was a strong Icon in my younger years. We never got to say thank you for all she did for my family after the passing of my mother in 1980. That will always be a big regret of mine. I think time gets away from us and though we don't mean to be disrespectful we just miss our opportunities to do the right things. I would have been at your mothers viewing but at the time I had a committment I could not change. My heart was with each and everyone of you. Tonya, I really wish I could have reconnected with you during this time. If you would like to reconnect please email me at c.walker50@comcast.net (in case you are wondering who I am you would remember me by my maiden name Ganley)
