Obituary of Jamie Lea Perez

Jamie Lea Perez (nee Monahan), 37 of Washington NJ, passed on Friday January 1, 2021at home with her beloved husband by her side. Born September 30, 1983 at the Somerset Medical Center in Somerville, NJ to Jeffrey Monahan and Ann Marie Gabriel.

Jamie grew up in Lebanon Township, NJ. She was a graduate of Voorhees High School Class of 2002. She was an all-around country girl whom loved her family and friends with all her heart. She married her best friend and love of her life, Adrian Perez. Together they were raising a beautiful family with their four children, Devon, Harper, Adrian, and Payton.

Jamie enjoyed the Warren County Fair every year, especially the mud bogging and tractor pulls. She also enjoyed boating, the beach and fishing. She had a love for all animals and adopted many strays. Jamie volunteered with the Lebanon Township First Aid Squad for 5 years.

Jamie is survived by the love of her life and best friend Adrian Perez; beloved children, Devon, Harper, Adrian, and Payton; mother, Ann Marie Gabriel and her husband Warren; father, Jeffrey Monahan and his wife Jennifer; grandparents, Patricia and Charles D'Hulster; brothers, Warren Gabriel, Thomas Gabriel, Derek Monahan, and Ryan Monahan; in-laws, Belinda and Roy Silverthorne; grandfather-in-law, Basilio Morales; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jamie is predeceased by her grandparents, Joanne and Russ Monahan; and many aunts and uncles.

All services will be held privately at this time. The family plans on doing a celebration of Jamie's life in the Spring.
